ALLIANCE FOR A RESPONSIBLE, PLURAL, AND UNITED WORLDAlliance Forums began early: in 1996! Forums are now commonplace, even though the moderated, structured, multilingual forums available in the Alliance remain unique. The Alliance for a Responsible, Plural and United World began making forums a means for continuous and productive communication as early as 1996.
