A meeting, even five days long, is not enough time for the elaboration of specific proposals. It therefore seems important to offer the possibility of a preliminary collective discussion, so that the Meeting is more a time for validation.
Previous electronic forums will have allowed the participants to introduce themselves, to present their points of view, to discuss the real challenges they are facing and to highlight the issues that require change.

In its six months of activity, the forum will have allowed the identification of specific subjects that raise problems and need to be dealt with in each of the four topics.
These subjects will have been integrated into the discussion papers that will be worked on at the Meeting in Romania.
