Part Two: Proposals
and Projects
By Martí
Olivella
Barcelona, April 20, 2003
HOW TO BEGIN
The steps that we suggest to start up this process
are:
1. Present this document to Pierre Calame and the
FPH Council
2. Present the part concerning the World Social Forum to the Indian
Committee and the foundations and agencies supporting the WSF
3. Assess, discuss, and improve these proposals during the month
of April ("delibera" forum?)
4. Detailed project definition by groups of Allies interested in
promoting them.
5. Presentation of the detailed projects to the FPH Call for Initiatives
and other sources of financing.
6. Coordination of project heads (through an e-mailing list, "delibera",
and meetings) to :
a. highlight the synergies among the projects
b. promote the collective drafting of the Alliance’s Charter
of Principles
c. present the Alliance 21 Plan and seek funding for common projects
d. proceed to the operational application of the new rules of the
Charter of Principles (2004)
