Tout à fait, notamment parceque les organisations officielles n’ont pas réussi à rapprocher les peuples.
Au moment où d’aucun parlent de choc de civilisations et autres antagonismes culturels, le fait pour l’Alliance de mettre l’emphase sur les valeurs communes lui permettra d’être un acteur principal de cette société civile mondiale en cours de formation.
