The impression that resulted from the reading is that the Congress in 2010 is the key miletones. This is a good one, a very good one. Could it be possible to pull backwards from it intermediate steps ? Could the Alliance propose to itself themes to work upon to create a rythm towards 2010 ? Ne faudrait il pas décliner les cinq axes de travail en plans d’action plus détaillés ?
Si les différents projets d’activités se recommandant de l’Alliance, ou au moins certaines d’entre elles, étaient rassemblées et coordonnées à l’avance, cela pourrait permettre de suivre , de prés, la concrétisation des propositions issues de l’Alliance.

While it is important to have calendar blocks in terms of years, it would be good to look at individual sector calendars, which relate to global institutions cycles eg the UN Millenium plus 5 September 05 meeting (no longer a possible objective for planned action)
