Analytical Summaries
This first analytical summary attempts to produce a qualitative reflection of the answers from the first 25 participants in the consultation.
For an enormous majority (see quantitative diagrams presented on the Analytical Summaries page), the idea of the Alliance and the Constituent Charter project has been favorably to enthusiastically received, by Allies who were witnesses or actors in the first stage of the Alliance, as well as by persons not yet committed to the Alliance. This second analytical summary can be read as a follow-up to the first one or independently. It aims to highlight the main points expressed in the first 50 answers to the questionnaire and underscores the opinions that are most widely shared.
This third intermediate analytical summary covers the first 92 answers to the
questionnaire. It includes the main points brought to light in the previous
summaries (the reading of which is recommended in addition to this one).
1 - Preliminary Remarks This report is based on 130 answers to the questionnaire (116 of which were on line by June 10). As things stand today, the following elements of the consultation stand out distinctly:
The number of answers is low in proportion to the number of people solicited, with a less than 3 percent participation rate.

This analytical summary deals only with the
question of working procedures on the basis of
the first 236 answers. Observations were made by
98 persons (41% of participants), expressing
remarks, proposals, disagreements or
incomprehension on this subject. The remaining
59% either expressed no opinion or were in
complete agreement with what is proposed in the text of the Charter project.
The present analytical summary accounts for the first 292 answers to the questionnaire. It attempts to provide a restitution of the proposals or recommendations made through the answers.

Remarks
At the drafting of this report, the final number of answers to the questionnaire was not known. It should be very close to 320. It should be noted that China will not have been able to participate in this consultation.

In the rest of this document, the acronym CSMG designates the Continued Support and Mediation Group, guarantor of the Constituent Charter.
