It was obviously correct to take time to consider how we should go forward from the very successful Lille conference. I was very happy to get the letter from the FPH Board, giving us the principles they support, and observe that we in the Alliance also have been working on the same lines. My own efforts have supported global governance, and the paper on UN reforms endeavours to institutionalize such governance to provide peace and justice for all our peoples. My paper for UN Reforms, proposing steps that we could take, has been sent for inclusion on our web-site. As regards, the Charter of Human Responsibilities and “common ethical principles”, my paper on ‘New Humanism’ promoting love in place of hatred, has also been sent for inclusion on our web-site. As regards, the promotion of a dialogue for sharing experiences and exchanging views, as well as for grass-root’s empowerment, a proposal to connect all continental areas is currently under preparation. This will also be sent soon for placement on our web-site.
