En gros son "esprit" est assez satisfaisant, mais bien des points demanderaient à être clarifiés. Pourquoi "équité" et non égalité ? Pourquoi ce "gouvernance", abstrait et ultra-consensuel, alors qu’on voudrait un pouvoir citoyen collectif concret ? Il faut des liens sociaux neufs, justes, et pas seulement des mots.
