Oui, tout à fait. On ne peut pas ne pas être d’accord avec le texte de la Charte constitutive. L’enjeu se trouve dans la mise en place concrète de dispositifs de travail en accord avec cette Charte. Les principes énoncés dans la Charte elle-même sont si généraux qu’ils laissent de la place pour des interprétations divergentes, quand il s’agit de leur application concrète.
