10. EVALUATION AND PROPOSALS OF THE ALLIANCE IN AFRICA

Interpretation of the 16 appraisals and 6 comments.

Given that the immense majority of appraisals of this text, which was presented at a later moment and was about the Alliance in a specific continent, are of the type “I don't know/ don't understand”, it is not possible to provide a significant interpretation, because we don't know if they are statements of “opposition”, or due to a lack of information to be able to formulate an opinion or to a mistaken use of the system.
