Quando se afirma na "constatação" da Aliança acerca da interdependência entre os povos e a humanidade e biosfera, convém retificar que o manejo conjunto proposto deve respeitar a soberania das nações.
Não entendi o modo "renovaçção por cooptação" proposto para o "grupo de acompanhamento e mediação".
Um questão que me veio é se é possível também pensarmos que "instituições" possam falar mediante critérios e receber o selo da Aliança a exemplo do proposto para iniciativas individuais, (...)

I agree. I think the Charter of the Alliance should stress more the need to strengthen and foster an intercultural, interracial world. This is important these days when wars and terrorism are dividing societies on cultural identity issues.

Me gustan los valores la perspectiva ética y las opciones que abre para la cosntrución de un mundo equitativo, en donde no existen fronteras políticas o económicas, de raza, origen o religión.
La única frontera está en el interés y la capacidad de involucramiento y esta se puede ir moviendo y adecuando al proceso de participación.
