La Charte Constitutive n’est pas incompréhensible, mais n’est pas assez novatrice, elle se caractérise par un condensé des différents textes dont elle fait référence, notamment sur la question éthique. Elle n’est donc pas très novatrice et ne se comprend qu’en faisant référence aux textes « portant le label de l’Alliance » (p.8). Je considère qu’il manque, ce qui est d’ailleurs écrit dans divers textes déjà produits, notamment dans le cadre du Chantier territoires, l’approche du bas vers le haut. Pour reprendre l’expression de Pierre Calame, le «local», le «territoire local», doit être la brique de base de la construction du monde plus juste et solidaire.
